About the Programme

Commanding the Room is a two-day immersive masterclass for senior leaders who want to show up differently — in boardrooms, on stages, in one-on-ones, and in the moments that define careers and cultures.

The programme is built on a simple premise: executive presence is not a personality trait. It is a learnable set of skills — in how you enter a room, hold a conversation, manage pressure, and communicate vision.

Over two intensive days, participants work through their own specific patterns, receive real-time feedback, and practise the skills that matter most in their context. Facilitated by Dr. Wale Akinyemi.
